  • In order to maintain the status of a UAE resident, it is not necessary to reside permanently in the UAE. Entry every 6 months is the minimum requirement.

United Arabic Emirates
GOLDEN VISA

The GOLDEN  Visa of the United Arab Emirates was recently launched as a 10-year VISA program to give investors and wealthy individuals the opportunity to plan and invest in the UAE for the long term.

Requirements 

  • Owner of a local property (UAE Real Estate) valued from 500,000 euros OR,

  • Investment in a UAE registered fund from 500,000 euros, for the planned period of at least 2 years.

  • Immediate family members also receive a residence permit (spouse, children).

  • Permanent residency in the UAE is not required to maintain Golden VISA status. Entry every 12 months is the minimum requirement.
